Slides that work on your laptop often fall apart on a twelve-metre screen.

Conference and event presentation design built for the back row, the big screen, and one live shot.

A conference stage is a different medium from a meeting room, and most decks don’t account for it. Text sized for a laptop is unreadable from the back. Detail that works one-to-one turns to mush at scale. And unlike a deck you can talk someone through later, the stage gives you one take, in front of everyone, with no second chance to clarify. The slides have to carry in a way they never need to in a boardroom.

Conference and event presentation design is built for exactly that. I design for the big screen and the back row, bold, clear, paced for a live audience, every slide readable and impactful at scale, working with you rather than competing for attention. I’m a designer, so each slide is built to land in the moment it’s shown, to a room, not a reader.

You work with me directly, so the deck fits your talk, your stage and the size of the room.

Designed for the room, not the laptop

Built to read at scale

Everything changes on a big screen. I design conference slides to carry across a hall: type that reads from the back, one clear idea per slide rather than a dense board pack, visuals bold enough to land at twelve metres. The audience should grasp each slide the instant it appears, because on stage you don’t get to pause and explain, the slide either lands or it’s gone.

Memorable past the moment

The best conference moments outlive the talk, the slide people photograph, the image that gets shared, the idea that sticks because it was shown unforgettably. I design for that afterlife: the visual that makes your key point impossible to forget and easy to pass on. A speaker came to me before a keynote with slides that read fine on a screen and vanished in a hall; we rebuilt them bold and simple, and the room actually remembered the talk. If you’ve a stage moment that has to land, tell me about your talk and I’ll design it for the room.
